Abstract:
     It uses a portion of the furnace self-produced combustible gas and puts the gas in furnace to react directly with air and steam in furnace to produce violent oxidation, thus making coal material under the furnace condition of high temp and semi-deffieienoy of oxygen, and be dry-distilled by heat conduction. The large number of carbon atoms and the hydrogen produced from decomposition of steam combine to form the hydrocarbon, methane and carbon monooxide etc. The construction is mainly composed of explosion-and shock-proof furnace cover, built-in burner, semi-dry-distilling oxidation zone, reduction zone, inlet of combustible gas, preheating sleeves on upper and middle parts of furnace, water sealing ring of furnace body, etc. It features simple construction, safety and convenient opereation stability of gasifioation performance, little investment, desired result produced quickly high benefit and low cost.
