Abstract:
     In the invention five stages of simple stativnary gas producer (blowing, blowing down, blowing up, blowing up and blowing clean) is changed into three stages (blowing, blowing down and blowing up). The 3% period in every cycle is saved and used to produce gas, while the material is not increased. The stage of blowing clean stage is substituted with blowing up and down with nitrogen-added air, so the thermal stability is good. In the new technology the coal quality can be low, system resistance is less, temperature and range of gasified layer are stable, amount and quality of gas are improved and the service life of valve is prolonged.
