| It uses two normal-pressure fluidized beds and makes the material circulate between the two beds, the fluidized bed boiler produces steam and the fluidized bed coal cracking furnace is used for pyrolyzing coal powder to produce meidum caloricity coal gas; the heat quantity needed for coal pyrolysis is provided by hot ash acted as heat carrier. The equipment consists of fluidized bed boiler, coal cracking furnace, trivortex separator, heat carrier container, charging spout, L valve and sand valve. Said invention has no need of externl heat source, and the produced coal gas can be provided directly for civil use without need of special treatment. Thus, the said invention has not only the characteristics of simple process, compact structure, and efficient gas making, but also the advantages of low investment, low running cost and comprehensive utilization of resources. | |||
