Abstract:
     This invention is related to a production method of dry distillation of gas and equipment is which the circulating heat ash in circulating fluid-bed boiler is heat source. This unit is comprised of circulating fluid-bed boiler, fluid-bed drier, dry distiller and air feed system of material. After coal through drier is dried and viscosity is damaged, the coal in dry distiller is heated by heated ash from circulating fluid-bed boiler to generate dry distillation gas. Semi-coke produced by dry distillation and radiated ash are fed into chamber of furnace, semi-coke is used as fuel of boiler. For this invention, procedure and equipment are simple, heat loss is small, gas cost is low, thermal value of gas is larger than 14630 KJ/Nm cube, CO content in gas is lower than 10%.
