Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an powdered coal heat-carrier hydrogasification process", belonging to the field of production technology of hydrogenated pyrolytic gas by using powdered coal. Its main processes are as follows: the hydrogasification furnace (9) uses steam (steam produced by injecting wastewater in next section) and circulating gas as fluidizing agent, uses high-temp. semi-coke fed from the combustion furnace (1) as heat-carrier to form a circulating fluidized bed combustion-gasification process in which both furnace bodies are insulated by gas and its material is circulated. Said invention basically breaks a limit of traditional process which only uses hydrogen or oxygen as fluidizing agent to produce hydrogenated pyrolytic gas, and its gas yield and heat value are higher than that of traditional process.
