Abstract:
     Based on fixed-bed gas generator using high-quality coal and its technology, mixing of gasifying agent is improved and steam pressure is lowered. Other modifications include proper coal size, thiner coal layer, frequent but less dregs removals, use of Venturi tube instead of cyclone mixer for air and steam mixing and manual charge with dual-layer bell, and reforming grate. Its advantages are shorter technological route, simple operation and less equipment.
