Abstract:
     The safe production apparatus for dissolved acetylene consists of calcium carbide pot, screw thruster, generator and gas-water separator. The calcium carbide pot has feeding port and nitrogen outlet in the top and discharge port in the bottom connected to the inlet of the screw thruster; the screw thruster has nitrogen inlet on the casing and discharge port connected to feeding port of the generator via vertical pipe; the generator has water outlet, gas outlet connected to the inlet of the gas-water separator via pipeline and slag notch in the bottom; and the gas-water separator has water drainage in the bottom and gas outlet in the top. The production process of dissolved acetylene includes feeding water and material to the reactor, producing gas and gas-water separation.
