Abstract:
     The invention has supplied a new method for producing coking coal and its equipment, which can makes good use of waste residue of cokeoven plant to produce coking coal as well as solves the problem of three wastes'. Its technical proposal includes: a productive technique for coking coal has the characteristics that the sticker is waste residue of tar whose components is: tar 50-60, coal powder 18-25, ash 5-10, and other of little; the sticker is 5-50%; its special equipment includes the automatic feeding coal device controlled by electromechanical, waste vat of waste residue of tar and automatic setting coal device; the invention has simple and practical equipment and technique, lower price, increased quality of coking coal and efficiency, especially, it has changed the waste to be useful material, solving the problem of waste residue polluting the environment.
