Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of mixed waste water-coke powder solid fuel and belongs to the field of industrial waste fuel and its preparation technology. Waste water coke powder after filtering and adsorbing industry effluent and city sewage is used as main material and mixed with flyash to make the mixed waste water-coke powder solid fuel. The mixed waste water-coke powder solid fuel contains waste water-coke powder in 25-80 wt% and flyash 20-75 wt%, and has heat value higher than 17 MJ/Kg. The preparation process includes concentration and deposition of waste water-coke powder, dewatering to water content lower than 30 %, computerized material detection, calculating material ratio, mixing the materials in a drying and mixing machine. The solid fuel is suitable for use in various kinds of boiler.
