Abstract:
    The invention disclosed a plant carbonizing way to produce methane liquefied gas which uses the carbonized botanical carbon as the material. The producing procedure includes the following steps: burning the mentioned botanical carbon at high temperature in the gasifying stove, while burning, charging air, water steam to the stove to produce CO, CO2, H2 and other gas; dusting, cooling and cleaning the gas; transforming the gas into methane through methane transforming process; high pressure liquating the gas to get the mixed fuel gas in which methane is the main ingredient, it also contains CO and H2. The sewage, dreg discharge and air pollution is less than the traditional method which uses coal to produce water gas or liquefied gas; the invention has many advantages such as environment-friendly, easily available material and simple technology; besides, it needs low equipment investment and operating cost.
