Abstract:
     The invention is characterized in that the uniform mixed solution is formed after solving more than 1mmg/1 organic Ge oxide in water, adding some of mixed alcohol to said solution, and adding some of petroleum and surfactant to the mixed solution. As adding the combustion improver of the invention, the rate of atomization, gasification, and diffusion of fuel oil can be improved, and hence the combustion rate is improved. Since reduction of the pollution in the combustion chamber, the amount of the solid products in exhaust gas is lowered extremely.
