Abstract:
     This invention relates to a technological process and emulsified mixer for emulsified mixing of two liquids which can not dissolve into each other, such as oil fuel and water. By this invention, the high guality of emulsion can be gained without addition of emulsifier. To solve the problems of the reguired pressure in the emulsifying process, the transportation of mixing water and the adjustment and metering, the plunger type pumps are used. The emulsified mixer of this invention consists of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, a fuel inlet, an emulsion outlet and a water inlet. Jet holes are drilled on the inner cylinder along the circumference of the cross section, four and more than four jet holes are arranged in equal distance.
