Abstract:
     According to this invention, during the breaking and fine milling procedure of the coal which is uneasy to form pulp, a surface processing additive (asphalt) is added into the coal to change its hydrophilicity and improve its property of making pulp. In the condition that the viscosity of water-coal pulp is not increased, its coal content is increased. Because the resource of asphalt is rich and its price is cheap, it becomes an ideal surface processing additve by following this invention.
