Abstract:
The present invention relates to the liquid-solid-activator method for deodorizing light oils, wherein the sulfonated phthatocyanine cobalt is used as the catalyst, the quaternary ammonium salt as the activator, and they are prepared in the form of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide.During deodorizing, the feed oil is passed simply through a bed of active carbon impregnated with the catalyst-activator alkali liquor in the reactor at a certain space velocity with air.It was not required to prepare the catalyst previously and to add alkali periodically. The extent of deodorigation is more than 90%.Experimental results show, as compared with the conventional liquid-liquid method, the alkali loss of the present method is reduced 60-70%,the amount of catalyst used is reduced about 80% for the catalytic cracking gasoline, and as compared with the conventional fixed bed method, the alkali loss of the present method is reduced 70-80%, the amount of the catalyst is reduced 70-80% for kerosene.
