Abstract: |
|||
| It is disclosed that by using a wet gas containing very small quantity of C3 and few C5 as hoisting gas instead of the wet gas generally containing C3 and C5 , the catalyst is transported through the hydrocarbon transforming and hoisting pipe such as metal separating system, fluidifing catalystic cracker and RCC heavy oil cracking process. It is desired that before the raw hydrocarbon materials contacts with the catalyst-hoisting gas mixture, a period of accelating, mixing and impurity passivating be introduced and the contact time is about 0.01-2 sec., more preferably 0.05-1.5 sec., most preferably 0.15-1 sec.. The hydrogen content in optimized hoisting gas is preferably about 10 at least, more preferably 15 and most preferably 20 mole%. It's advantages are low productivity of gas and coke and better selectivity of products. | |||
