Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to a process and apparatus for simultaneously burning a combustible material absorbed in fluidized solid particles and cooling under control the resulting hot fluidized particles (such as the catalyst used in FCC refining of petroleum). Said partides flowing to the cooling room from the first dense phase fluidized bed are cooled in the shell length of verticle shell and tube heat exchanger by cooling medium recycling in the tube length. Cooling degree of said particles is controlled by adjusting heat transmission coefficient between tubes of heat exchanger and particles, which coefficient uarys with the volume of conveyed fluidizing gas into the layer of fluidized bed. The heat exchanger herein is located in the bottom of the cooling room, position of which completely below entrance and exit ducts of said particles, so it may be romoved out to be repaired and submerged in the fairly cold catalyst unfluidized to be protected. Combustion effect is ...... | |||
