Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a computer automatic control program for roll-type briquetting machine, and is characterized by that a loading sensor is mounted on the shaft of said roll-type briquetting machine to measure briquetting pressure, after having been filtered by digital low-pass filter, said measured pressure value is passed through the process of PID calcutation treatment with dead zone so as to change the rotating speed of rollers to retain the set value for briquetting pressure. Said automatic control program can automatically determine coal-feeding condition, and can give out safety rotating speed and alarm to prevent hot coal from overflowing and firing when the coal material is fed onto arch.
