Abstract:
     This invention relates to a installation in the coal and chemical industry. It has longer dewatering duration and lower efficiency for the existing tar-dewatering device. It is difficult for the existing device to reach less than 0.1% of water content. This device is an intermittent dewatering unit composed of the dewatering system and the purification system. The key technology of this invention is that a stirrer is equipped in the dewatering system. The stirrer consists of 1 to 50 bubble tubes at different directions which are connected to the blasting installation, and the stirring and dewatering process are conducted with introducing pre-heat gas containing nitrogen oxigen and carbon dioxide. The dewatering rate of this invention is less than 0.1%. This invention is widely used in coking, carbon black, carbon, painting materials and refractory etc., industrial department.
