Abstract:
     This invention relates to an improvement of coke removing method and its installation for soft pipe of residual oil delayed coking technique. The coke removing pipe, which is connected with coke knocker and driven by the rotating drum of the soft pipe winch, makes up and down motion vertically, the turbine blades of turbine speed reducer which is driven by high pressure water drives the combined drilling and coke cutting device to be rotating, then after frilling on coke layer, the coke cutting is proceeded. In the stated combined drilling and coke cutting device, a pressure control valve is set to change the frilling and coke cutting process automaticlly. This invention eleminates the headframe to save steel materials and reduce installation and investment. Its operation is easy, coke cutting time is short and the efficiency is further raised.
