Abstract:
     The said invention provides a simple and convenient process for producing No.60B road asphalt according with the norm of SY1661-77, in which residual oil of decompressed crude oil from pipelining is used as raw material. It only needs a suitable treatment for the decompressed oil to produce No.60B road asphalt with extensibility above 40 com. All the remaining quality indexes accord with the ministry standard SY1661-77.
