Abstract:
     The invented device is composed of floating preheater, high temp. quick heater and pipeline conveyer. Via the floating preheater the asphalt is preheated to 80-110 deg.C, then it is pumped by asphalt pump into the high temp. quick heater where it is heated to 120-180 deg.C (dependent on the variety of asphalt) in 1-2 minute. If said device is used to heat the asphalt, the advantages are rapidity, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, no pollution, safety for production, low labour intensity, and it is specially suitable for large asphalt supply centre or forming a complete set with the solar asphalt pool.
