Abstract:
     The invention discloses a method and device for pipeline preservation asphalt used in melting and heating of heat-conductive oil. The natural gas of oil field is used as fuel to heat furnace of heat-conductive oil to let the heat-conductive oil reach a temp. of 280-300 deg.C. The thermal energy is transferred to the solid-state preservation asphalt for pipe line in the asphalt kettle in which it is melted to the serivce temp. of 220-240 deg.C. The process includes mainly two parts: heat supply unit and heat consumption unit. The key device is combustion gas heating system, jecket and asphalt kettle connected with coiled pipe heat transfer and purification device of asphalt waste gas.
