Abstract:
     Arene or residual oil with softening point lower than 200 deg.c and asphalt as material and ZrO2/SO42- or TiO2/SO42- as catalyst are mixed in the ratio of 1 to 0.05-2.0 and reacted at 90-300 deg.c for 0.5-10 hr; and after catalyst in product is removed, aromatic oligomer is obtained, which is further pyrolyzed at 400-500 deg.c and normal pressure for 3-30 hr to produce interphase asphalt. The process is simple, low in cost and easy to operate and the interphase asphalt product has low softening point, high homogeneity, excellent polarization microscopic form and other features.
