Abstract:
     A moderate thermal conversion-solvent deasphalting composite technology is as follows: straight run distillation reduced prossure residual oil is passed through moderate thermal conversion, the reactant, is fractional distillation under normal pressure to obtain thermal converted normal pressure residual oil, which is mixed with catalytic cracked oil slurry according to wt. ratio 0-0.33 : 1 and is used as the raw oil for solvent de asphalting; low molecular paraffinic solvent and raw oil of solvent deasphalting are mixed according to volume ratio 3-12:1 and fed into extraction tower, then proceed two stage or one stage solvent deasphalting under subcritical or super critical condition of solvent, the solvent after recovery can be reused.
