     The present invention relates to an industrial installation for producing road asphalt by using super-thick oil, it includes: heat exchanger, dewatering tower, reflux tank at top of dewatering tower, distilling tower, heating furnace, and reflux tank at top of distilling tower. It can directly produce different type high grade road asphalt.
