Abstract:
     A process for preparing and/or oxidizing asphalt includes such steps as vacuum distillating of residal dregs generated by ordinary-pressure distillation of crude oil, dividing the dregs into several portions, introducing oxygen (air) to part of the portions at 220-290 (240-270) deg.C and higher pressure in the condition of adding water or not, mixing all portions together, and vacuum distillating.
