Abstract:
     The invented productino process includes the following steps: using 70-95% of residuum, 5-30% of slurry oil and proper quantity of turpentine as raw material, uniformly mixing them in mixer, heating to 370-380 deg.C in preheating furnace, feeding them into flash distillation tower, obtaining condensed oil from tower top, feeding tower bottom oil into forced heating furnace and heating to 400-420 deg.C, feeding it into forced distillation tower, and obtaining distillate oil from side-draw, and the tower bottom asphalt in the invented high-grade road asphalt.
