Abstract:
     The material for the pine tar includes talloel oil, vegetable oil leftover, black rosin, pit asphalt, rubber arene oil, industrial fat, coumarone and polyvinyl alcohol. During the preparation, talloel oil and rubber arene oil are mixed and heated, and black rosin and vegetable oil leftover after dewatered through heating are added successively. After the mixture is maintained at 60-80 deg.c for 1.5-3 hr, pit asphalt, industrial fat and coumarone are added through stirring, and after maintaining at 80-100deg.c for one other 2-3 hr, polyvinyl alcohol is added and the final mixture is reduced to 40-50 deg.c to get the pine tar. The product is non-toxic, smell-less and suitable for use in long period.
