Abstract:
     A process for preparing polymer modified asphalt by solvent method includes processing the polymer (SBR, SBS, EVA, or their mixture) to become very small particles or flakes, dissolving in organic solvent, mixing with asphalt, stirring and desolvating. Said modified asphalt can be used for pavement to elongate its service life with low cost.
