Abstract:
     The invented process consists of roasting once instead of thrice, and using the equipment designed for loading raw material and effecting the one-step synthesis and reduction,while the reoxidation of Ce to the power 3 and Tb to the power 3 is avoided. The process of production of blue,green fluorescent powder is simple, safe, of high effeciency, with production increased by ten times. The luminosity of blue fluorescent powder is 110~120% of that of blue fluorecent powder produced by N2-H2 reduction, and cost of production is low.
