Abstract: |
|||
| This product takes rare-earth element compound of large coordination number as luminescence material and is prepared by mixing with certain proportions of kerosene, dibutyl phthalate as well as emulsifying agent (such as A-20). It can be divided into two kinds; self-emulsified infiltration solution and post emulsified infiltration solution. It is characterized by the large contrast to surfaces of blue and black workpieces, its sensitivity of flaw detection is so high that breaks of width of 0.5u can be discovered. The flaw detecting solution can be washed off easily, brings about no pollution to environment and has no irritative smell. In addition, it has good stability, will not freeze at low temperature and is stable to ultraviolet rays. | |||
