Abstract:
     By using rare-rarth organic complex with high coordination number as fluorescent materials and mixing them with unsatureted monomer (methyl methacrylate), initiator W9azo-isobutyronitrile) as well as promoter (dibutyl phthalate) uniformly, fluorescent tracer plate is created by solidification forming. The plate can be used to indicate the existence of ultraviolet as well as laser of corresp. wave length. Fluorescent materials used in this invention are harmless to human beings.
