Abstract:
     The characteristic is the use of a new initiator, which makes the formation of shell to be easily controlled. When shells form perfectly as required, a stopper is added to cease the process of shell forming, and thus obtd. the title capsules, which capsule and a water emulsion of adhesive are compounded into a sealant which is then coated on the screw-thread of mechanical parts forming precoating adhesive sealant. In the process the pollution is minimized and the application properties of precoating microcapsules on mechanical parts are improved.
