Abstract:
     The flux of the present invention consists of ethereal fluxing mediums, activators and solvents. The ethereal fluxing mudiums can be of the following three kinds of materials: 1. A: R-C6H4-O-(CH2-CH2-O)m-H Wherein R is alkyl hydrocarbon group having 5-15 carbon atoms, M is a positive integer from 8 to 25; 2. B: OH (CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH2-O)n-HO, the MW. of which is 400-600, wherein N is a positive integer depending on its MW.; 3. mixture of A with B. By the infrared fusion of the present invention, a good protective action is rendered to the exposed copper sides of the printed conductive wiring. The appearance of the coating layer is smooth and bright.
