Abstract:
     This invention has advanced the production process for the rubber age-inhibitant RD and its similar substances. In the reaction system of the aromatic amine, fatty aldehyde and ketone under the acid catalyst, the aromatic amine can be separated from the reaction mixture in the form of acid salt and can be further used by circulation. The method is using water and organic solvent such as toluene in proportion as 0.07~0.7 times and 0.1~5.4 times in weight respectively with regard to the initial aromatic amine in the reaction system to extract the mixture. After extraction, the aromatic amine acid salt is dissolved in the water phase, the age-inhibitant RD is dissolved in the organic solvent phase and the produced product has good age-inhibiting property to heat and oxidation. Otherwise, the single consumption of the aromatic amine, acid and base in the production is reduced, and the environment and product pollution is avoided.
