Abstract:
     The invention relates to a kind of new compositions of combustion-resisting polypropylene fibre, which compositions contain hexabromocyclododecane as combustion resisting agent and n-octyl tin as stabilizer, which makes the heat-stability of the hexa-bromodadcane raise from 220 deg.C to 250-260 deg. C so as to meet a demand for the spinning temperature. The compositions can be used to spin long fibre, short fibre, flat fibre and film split fibre. The physical properies of the end fibre product, such as strength and stretching, is basically the same as conventional polypropylene fibre.
