Abstract:
This invention is a kind of adhesive used to cohere silicon sheets to burnishing carriers in the process of silicon sheets polishing. It is made up by mixing trichloro ethylene, gum rosin and plastifier proportionally at normal temp. and pressure. It can stick silicon sheets onto the burnishing carriers, and under the pressure of 50 deg.C, 12 Kg/sq.cm, the silicon sheets make no shift while being polished. When the carriers are cooled to -5 deg.C after polishing, the silicon sheets cohered to the burnishing carriers are easy to be removed. The waxyliquid can be easily cleaned by trichloro ethylene vapour. Thus, the adhesive here can be used in large-scale prodn. of polished silicon sheets.
