Abstract:
     A New soluble polyvinyl acetals adhesive takes water as solvent. It is resultant of reaction of polyvinyl and acetaldehyde. The adhesive is transparent, nonpoisonous, tasteless liquid without any additives. It is effective in wide temp. range (-40-50deg. C) and water-proof. While former acetals adhesive isn't water-proof when acetalation is high and soluble when actalation is low. The source of raw material of the adhesive is extensive, technique is simple. It is well effective in binding of building material, wool fabric, cloth, wood and paper.
