Abstract:
     The present invention provides an active polyurethane prepolymer which is absolutely solid and in separate sections. The prepolymer is a reactive product of the following components: (1) polybasic alcohol with an average molecular weight of about 600-3,500 and a function degree of at least 2, (2) isocyanic ester with a function degree of at least 2, (3) low-molecular-weight chain extender with a molecular weight less than 500 and a function degree of at least 2. The present invention provides a new prepolymer, its preparing process, polyurethane elastomers obtained from the prepolymer and products made of these elastomers.
