Abstract:
     This invention provides a process for making of plywood binder of humic urea formaldehyde i.e. condensation using straw charcoal powder, urea, formaldehyde as starting materials in the presence of basic catalysts. This process is easy carry out, with lower cost, higher product binding strength and ample supply of straw charcoal. The binder of humic urea formaldehyde made by this process can not only be used as binders for shaving board, fibre board, furring board and cabinet-work board, but also be used as binder for woodwork and plastics.
