Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a polyethylene alcohol resin binder. Its composition (wt%) is as follows: polyethlene alcohol resin 2-5, refined polyethlene alcohol resin 0.02, stabilizing agent 1-10, water rest. The stabilizing agent is mixed by a kind of ethylene glycol (plasticizer) and a kind of borax (tackifier). The claimed binder can be used instead of maize starch and natron to bind box paper and corrugated board. Advantages: The present binder is water-resistant neutral, non-toxic, less consumed, nonhygroscopic and no alkali flooding. The technological process is simple and at low cost.
