Abstract:
     This invention provides a binding agent for regenerated rubber-asphalt felt, its chief chemical constituents include resin oil, kaolin, chlorobutadiene rubber, auxiliary agent, and solvent. This binding agent is suitable for water-proof engineering using bound water-proof material in roll. It can easily and safely be applied for the construction at ambient temperatures, and events of skin burn and fire hazard can be prevented. It costs no pollution. Rosin oil is used in the place of pitch. The technology is simple and the product is stable in quality. It requires less capital investment but with fast rewards. It is thus adoptable for mass production and wide application.
