Abstract:
     This new water-base neoprene latex adhesive is made up by a new providing method in which a general basic cooperative agent of latex and a special cooperative agent are used in a definite proportion. It has strong binding power and no poison, it can be widely used in adhesion works in such areas as shoe-making industry, chemical fibre and the fabrics of plant fibre. Furthermore, it is a better product to replace solvent-type neoprene adhesive because of its low cost.
