Abstract:
     Without mannual or mechanical selection, the bone materials are subjected to acid impregnation after crushing and defatting. Bones after acid treating are subjected to treating by sodium hydroxide solution and followed by washing and deashing with intermittent stirring. The yield of gelatin may exceed 95%.
