Abstract:
     The compressed air blows up the concentrated gelantin to form jelly particles with 2.0-2.5 mm diameter. The equipments include a nozzle which sprays the concentrated gelantin liquid, a pipe of compressed air located under the nozzle and a manifold which surrounds the nozzle and pipe. The particles of jelly are baked directly to produce the commodity gelantin.
