Abstract:
     This invention is a technology for acid making glue from three-cleaned hides-leftover bits and pieces during processing hides. The three-cleaned hides processed by alkali, no matter how strong their alkaline are, all free alkali can be removed and then used to make high-quality three-cleaned A model gelatin by acid method. Its preprocessing time can be shortened from original 20-40 days to 2.7 days. As compared with alkali processing, it cost is largely decreased. During the extraction of glue, the new three essential elements for extracting glue of temp., specific weight of put in glue and liquor coefficient are used, so the obtained products has good freezing force and excellent lustre even if hydrogen peroxide is no longer added for bleaching.
