Abstract:
     This invention relates to the refinement of gelatin. A combined column of an especial ion exchange resin is used to complete the removal of metallic ion from gelatin, the decolourisation, and the improvement of transparency in one step. This invention features simple technology and apparatus, and repeated use of the exchange resin by regeneration.
