Abstract:
     This invention relates to a technology for production of industrial gelatine, in which the chrominated hide blocks as the leftover from hide processing are used as raw material. It is technically characterized by such steps as pre-treatment of hide material in rotary drum containg lime emulsion of 3Be', washing, decolouring with 5% aqueous solution of sulfuric acid for 48 hours, flushing with clean water, immersing in 10 Be' lime emulsion for 7 days, washing, neutralizing with hydrochloric gelatine has a viscosity of 6.5-8.
