Abstract:
     Duality method glue preparation technology from hairs and left over bits of a pig relates to glue preparation technology from left over pieces of an animal, is a kind of extracting best quality gelatin technology from utilizing left over bits and pieces in processing hides, hairs and left oven skin bits by uniting 2 processes of acidic and alkaline. This technology is, after the cutting into small pieces, de-greased, washing and cleaning the pig hairs and left over bits, firstly to undergo an alkaline pretreatment, washing-out the free alkaline and alkaline dissolved impurities, then to undergo an acidic pretreatment, and then to wash-out acidicfluids to prepare the extraction of glues under a slightly acidic condition. Said product is with an isoelectric points around 7; very high frozen resisting ability, viscocity and transparency, less impurities, light-coloured, also with low production cost, simple technologies, and easy to handle.
