Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation process of gelatin from fur leftover kits by use of polynary method. It uses polyalkali liming process, and then adds acid to make neutralization, and further extracts gelation at low temp. and dry. The invented gelation product is a breakthrough progresses in viscosity, freezing force and good gelatin yield. Its viscosity is more than 20 deg.E, freezing force is more than 250g, and good gelatin yield is more than 90%, and its product value-appreciation rate is high.
